Raspberry Fruit Puree
Intense, colorful and tasty raspberry fruit puree from French product Boiron, made from meticulously selected raspberries, made with a pasteurizing process of rapid heating and cooling adapted to this particular fruit and preserving the fresh taste and color. Defrost the puree in the refrigerator for 24 to 48 hours before using, or in the microwave at moderate temperature. Use them to create delicious pate de fruit, fruit coulis, cocktails, smoothies, baking and pie fillings.
