Morello Cherry Fruit Puree

Sweet, intensely red Morello cherry fruit puree made from meticulously selected Morello cherries, made with a pasteurizing process of rapid heating and cooling that preserves the fresh taste and color. Defrost the puree in the refrigerator for 24 to 48 hours before using, or in the microwave at moderate temperature. Use them to create delicious pate de fruit, fruit coulis, baking, smoothies, and pie fillings.
