Kiamaina wetmill is one of five wetmills operated by the Kiama Farmers Cooperative Society in Nyeri County. Coffees from this region benefit from the high altitude, seasonal rain, and fertile soil, and are characterized by their ripe fruit flavours. This microlot has undergone a traditional washing process where the cherries are sorted, pulped, and allowed to ferment for 4-6 days before finally being washed and dried.
